 Meeting Program

This is the conference program. Printed copies of the final version of the program will be available during the registration. Details of the poster sessions are given below.

 Invited Speakers

The UCI Student Center is equipped with a PC computer (which if necessary can be replaced by you Mac) and projector. If you are an invited speaker, please do not forget to bring your laptop or USB-drive. You will be given a time slot of 45 minutes each, including 4-5 minutes for questions.

 Poster Presenters

Here is the list of the registered posters. Posters 1-35 will be presented in Poster Session I, and the rest of the posters will be presented in Poster Session II. For those of you who only stay for a fraction of the day, make sure that your poster presentation is not assigned a time slot when you are not going to be around. Please let me know if you require any changes.

IMPORTANT Every poster presenter must be ready to introduce his/her poster. Prepare a ONE-PAGE PDF or PPT file. If you submit a PPT file, it will be converted into PDF, so do not incorporate any animation. If you submit more than one page, only the first page will be retained. Please include the poster title, poster number (which can be looked up in the list of registered posters) and your name in your one-page slide. The maximal time slot per poster is 60 seconds. E-mail your file to Sergey Nizkorodov's gmail account before 8 pm on Monday, February 28. Please start the file name with your LAST NAME to make sorting of posters easier.

Please note that most of our poster boards are 4'x4'. There is a very limited number of 4'x6' boards, so it might be the safer to fit your poster in the 4x4 format. Pins and easels will be provided. 

All posters will be set up between 10.30 and 11.00 (we will not have access to the poster room before that). When you arrive hold on to your poster until you get instructions about what to do. Here is a map expalining how the posters are going to be setup in Pacific Ballroom ABC.

Assuming that you have registered, just come and enjoy yourselves. We assume that you are staying for dinner if you checked "yes" to "staying after the conference" during the registration. If you change your mind about staying please e-mail us.
