Required Safety Training
- ALL NEW STUDENTS SHOULD:
- Go over the safety orientation and lab-specific safety requirements with the lab PI or with the lab safety representative
- Take the required safety self-assessment and training at the UC Learning Center
- Register for LHAT and complete the training
- Go through a lab orientation with one of the lab members
- Read and sign the PPE assessment and SOPs for the chemicals they will be using
